Melissa Gessling, DMD
Dr. Gessling was born in extremely rural Northeastern California. She moved to slightly-less-rural South-Central Montana as a young teen. In high school, she worked in her father’s dental office as a dental assistant and lab technician and decided to follow in his footsteps. She went to undergraduate school at Concordia College in Moorhead, a school that both her grandmother and great-grandmother attended.
After graduating, Dr. Gessling moved to Augusta, Georgia, where she continued her work as a lab technician at the dental school of Augusta University. It was there that she realized her passion for helping people and her technical skills could be combined into a great career. She graduated from the Medical College of Georgia and has been working as a general dentist since. She is passionate about life-long learning and continuously strives to learn something new in dentistry. Her passion for taking care of people comes through in all of her interactions with patients. She currently resides in Atlanta and enjoys reading, cooking, photography, and cycling.
Nida Moledina, DMD
Dr. Moledina was born in Santa Monica and grew up in Snellville, GA. After graduating from Brookwood High School, she acquired her bachelor’s degree in microbiology at UGA (Go Dawgs!) and moved onto dental school at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta.
Dr. Moledina was the first in her family to go to college and is the older of two sisters. She married her high school sweetheart in 2022 and moved to Decatur, GA. She is an aunt to her sister’s adorable Cavapoo, Scuttle, and she loves animals, singing, trying new food, going to the gym, and being a homebody. Her favorite place in the world (so far) is Dubrovnik, Croatia, and her favorite food is macaroni and cheese. She loves being a dentist and taking care of her patients!
Nardos A. Benton, DMD
With over 23 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Nardos A. Benton has dedicated her career to providing exceptional oral healthcare to her patients. As a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, Dr. Benton combines her extensive knowledge and expertise with a compassionate approach to patient care. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve beautiful smiles and improve their overall health.
Throughout her career, Dr. Benton has held various leadership positions, including serving as the President of the Student National Dental Association at the University of Kentucky. She has also contributed to the field of dentistry as an Associate Professor, guiding residents in general practice dentistry and training them in advanced techniques, including IV sedation and hospital setting dentistry for pediatric and disabled patients. In addition to her clinical skills, Dr. Benton has successfully managed and owned a private dental practice, her leadership and communication skills have been instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and staff.
Dr. Benton is a proud mother of three beautiful daughters. Together, they enjoy traveling and exploring different cultures, with a particular interest in learning to cook dishes from around the world. Dr. Benton is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Tigrigna, and she is conversational in Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse patient base.
